The Do's and Dont's of Presenting!

Today in Globaloria we watched a very informational video that explained to us the importance of doing your best while presenting information.  It clearly explained to us that there are certain things that are unexeptable while presenting and they also explained that there are many things that could make your presentation better.  The main focus while presenting is to please your audience.  They are the ones who are judging you by what you say and do while presenting.
Three things that you shouldn't do while presenting is to mumble your words, not look direct at the audience, and to hold your paper that you are reading right in front of your face.  If you mumble your words while talking the audiece will not be able to understand what you are saying and will be totally confused on the topic that you are talking about.  If you don't look directly at your audiene it will seem as if you are not talking to them and it will defunately be hard for them to make since of things if you are talking into outer-space.  Another thing to keep in mind is to never hold you paper right in front of your face.  It will make it hard for the audience to hear you and when they see a presentation they also want to see the person who is responsible for it.  These three things are some of the things that you do not need to do in a presentation or it will be a disaster.
There are also many things that can make your presentation good and a joy to the audience to watch.  Talk directly to the audience, make sure you speak loud and clear, and let the audience see your face while presenting.  If you talk directly to the audience they will feel as if you are trying to interact with them and they will be more interested in listening to what you have to say.  If you speak loud it will be easier for everyone to understand what you are saying and it will help the presentation flow correctly.  If you let the audience see your face besides hiding it with your paper they will be happy to see who is talking. Also if your presentation is good they will have respect for you and not for someone that they dont know what they look like.
If you follow all of these suggestions you are sure to have a remarkable presentation and will get a very good grade.  You will be looked up to by other students and you will be so proud of yourself.  In the end you will come out shining.
